Since launching our native app in 2013, we now operate a robust e-commerce business and have opened 10+ retail stores in Chicago, DC and Dallas, and are rapidly scaling to take this first-of-its-kind omnichannel brand nationwide.
About the RoleFoxtrot is looking for fun, friendly and motivated individuals interested in a seasonal opportunity at our Gifting Center in the West Loop.
Our Gifting Center is responsible for the monitoring all orders from Foxtrot Anywhere, packing and assembling gift boxes for shipment.
We anticipate this position being seasonal from October to December yet based on Foxtrot's growth and your performance there is ability to explore other opportunities within the retail team at the end of the season.Responsibilities: - Collaborate with West Loop store team to ensure overall guest satisfaction for both in-store and delivery customers
- Act as ambassador for the Foxtrot brand
- Maintain attention to detail when packing gift boxes and assembling gift wrapping
- Communicate with Gifting leadership to ensure accuracy of product inventory
- Monitor the online ordering and shipping service
- Bundle and pack shipped orders
- Check in product deliveries and maintain organization of stock room
- Clean, maintain and organize work areas
Qualifications Experience: - Must be 21+ to handle alcohol transactions
- Able to work in a team amp; independently
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of boxes, and to use stairs regularly amp; safely
- Strong communication skills
- Passion amp; excitement for trending, high-quality goods, especially in food and beverage
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends, is required
