Our e-commerce experience highlighted by our swift app and online store is powered by our proprietary inventory and operational technology to deliver a new kind of convenience that brings the store to your door in under an hour.
Since launching our native app in 2013, we now operate a robust e-commerce business and have opened 10+ retail stores in Chicago, DC and Dallas, and are rapidly scaling to take this first-of-its-kind omnichannel brand nationwide.
We're Foxtrot! And we're expanding in Chicago! Our 10th store opens this Fall, and we're looking for awesome, hospitality-focused, community-loving team members - ready to join our team! We are looking for folks to join the team at our new store in Gold Coast right at Maple amp; State!
And hey, should all go well, new team members will begin training as soon as as they are available!Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks amp; zones to store team members to ensure optimal store operations
  • Complete store opening amp; closing tasks in detail and with thoroughness, as a key holder
  • Serve as a go-to for store team members, in the absence of a manager, to assist amp; escalate as needed
  • Assist in training new store team members during their onboarding, to build a top-notch experience
  • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Educate amp; answer guests’ questions on Foxtrot products amp; store layout
  • Ensure key business initiatives are offered for our guests, i.e. Perks Pay and Offers
Qualifications Experience:
  • Must be 21+ to handle alcohol transactions
  • Able to work in a team amp; independently
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds of boxes, and to use stairs regularly amp; safely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion amp; excitement for trending, high-quality goods, especially in food and beverage
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including some weekends, is required
