Job Description

Where do you fit:
We are looking for a highly experiencedSolutions Architecttowork as a key member of our projects teamto scope, design, and guide implementations of SugarCRM’s suiteof products.You will be a trusted expert and project CTO, responsible for the technical decisionsrelated to implementing our products within a customer’s environment. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.Impact you will make in the role:
  • Lead solution design and architecture effortson implementation projects.
  • Create and deliver implementationdesigns and level ofeffort estimatesin pre-sales engagements.
  • Perform data migrations/integrations, and create technical requirementsfor system customizations and data integrations.
  • Lead efforts to select the appropriate SugarCRM and/or Third-Party solutions required to delivercustomer needs while supporting long term maintainability.
  • Ensure full understanding of the project delivery team, including developers and engineers who will be implementing the solutions. Act as a though leader and be available to review solutions across project teams.
  • Engageinternally with sales, product management andengineeringas necessary.
What you will need to succeed:
  • At least3years ofconsultingexperienceimplementing CRM solutions, including in Enterprise environments and with custom development.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting and / or relevant engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with Talend, Pentaho, Alooma, Snaplogic, etc., preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting complex solutions involving CRM, ERP, CPQ, Middleware, MarketingAutomation,andother enterprise applications.
  • Experience building and implementing APIs to integratedifferent applications.
  • Exceptional writtenand verbalcommunications skillsrequired to understand business requirements and document them into best-in-class Solution Designs.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Math strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
