Job Description

Our Marketing Automation Consultants help make the Sugar Market world go round. At Sugar, we know that marketing success depends not just on technology, but also on expertise, processes and people. Our Marketing Managed Services program provides a team of marketing automation experts who are eager to collaborate with clients to accelerate their marketing programs.The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing technology and client services. Experience in an agency setting with demonstrated experience in crafting creative and innovative solutions to address business challenges is preferred. The individual must be results-oriented, self-driven, and have a can-do amp; client first attitude.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consultation and best practices surrounding Marketing Automation programs and partner with customers to ensure their marketing strategy is properly executed within the Sugar Market platform
  • Manage the Sugar Market platform, including technical configuration of the platform, integrating Sugar Market with the customer’s CRM, training them on the Sugar Market platform, and building/executing marketing campaigns and projects for clients
  • Proactively assess customer needs and provide value-added services
  • Provide detailed reporting of completed projects and campaign results, including billable and non-billable time tracking
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Consistently deliver exceptional project outcomes and customer experiences
  • Collaborate with support, product, sales and engineering to ensure our customer’s voices are heard
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in professional services, consulting (marketing/sales specific), digital marketing
  • Proven experience with Marketing Automation amp; CRM tools (Sugar Market/Salesfusion, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Desire to be in a customer-facing role, Marketing agency experience a plus
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels of execution
  • Familiarity with digital campaign management and performance measurement
  • Very strong organizational amp; documentation skills
  • Very strong attention to detail amp; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to create customers for life
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Four year university/college degree required
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (we do not sponsor at this time)
