The Partner Digital Adoption Consultant is an important member of the Services team at WalkMe reporting to a Services Manager. As a Partner Digital Adoption Consultant, you will work with Global and Boutique System Integrators to grow WalkMe's partner delivery network. You have project delivery and customer relationship experience. You will empathize with others and be passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every customer and partner.What You'll Own
- Maintain Partner relationships to foster a healthy and collaborative relationship
- Guide WalkMe Partners through their certification program
- Support Partners in customer engagements to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality project deliverables.
- Improve Partner's delivery capabilities, based on feedback from Sales, Account Managers, Services, and customers.
- Develop and track Partner performance metrics including customer satisfaction and days to go live.
- Collaborate with global peers on the WalkMe Partner team to strengthen the Partner program.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Applications (SaaS) with Public Sector clients (Federal, sLED, etc.) in professional services, management consulting, customer success, or another similar role.
- 5+ years of experience with Government Systems Integrators (GSIs)
- Familiarity with Government procurement channels/contracts
- Experience in delivering enterprise software application implementations.
- Experience managing large-scale projects throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Ability to embrace an "evolve and learn" mentality.
