Through WalkMe's guidance, engagement, insights, and automation, employees are more efficient, executives have better visibility into digital usage, and organizations maximize the full value of their digital assets to empower digital transformation.About the RoleReporting directly to the VP for HR, WalkMe is looking for a creative HR professional to fulfil the role of Regional HR Business Partner for our EMEA sales organization. We are looking for someone who has implemented exciting ways to partner, create new processes and strengthen the support our management team requires as we expand across the EMEA region.What You'll Own
  • Support WalkMe's growth and expansion in Europe and act as a focal point for all people related issues.
  • Provide HR consultation and "hands-on" support to leaders, teams and employees.
  • Direct all HR activities in the employee life cycle such as cyclical programmes, focal plans, benefits, personal issues, retention, training and development
  • Coach business leaders to improve talent strategies that engage and retain our best employees, as we continue to scale for growth
  • Accelerate WalkMe's hyper-growth by partnering with management and talent acquisition through the hiring, on-boarding and internal movement processes
  • Based on the People Strategy, improve talent management and development plans to individuals and managers.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation amp; benefits, Lamp;D, and HR Operations to support or implement people initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance and drive resolution for complex employee issues. Support the managers through performance improvement plans and ER related topics.
  • Provide HR Partnership to employees at all levels to allow professional and "high touched" HR support and advisory.
  • Engage local consultants to provide people oriented solutions in multi country business.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to up-level Leadership Capability
What You Need to Succeed
  • Regional HRBP experience in fast-growing technological companies.
  • Deep understanding of the Business landscape amp; strategy
  • Vast knowledge in employee relations and the ability to understand and implement compliance issues across Europe.
  • Previous experience partnering with GTM organization - sales, customer success and services groups - advantage
  • Working in a multinational environment, providing HR consultation and guidance across several countries in Europe.
  • Experienced in Managing relationships through diverse cultures
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and to influence key leaders and stakeholders for recommendations and alignment
  • Strong systemic thinking; a data driven, decision maker; able to find root cause of issues and gain leadership support to address opportunities
  • Proven ability to coach leaders
