About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Manager of Professional Services Operations to manage the digital transformation of the Professional Services organization. You will oversee the Services tech stack and help accelerate the delivery of programs, tools, and data. You will be an experienced project manager with expertise in implementing new technologies that increase efficiency and improve fact-based insights. You will report to the Sr Director of Global Professional Services Operations.What You'll Own
- Be the strategic partner to the global professional services team, identifying areas for opportunity and lead the digital transformation of strategic projects
- Champion the collaboration with the IT / IS / BI organizations by defining and prioritizing requirements while working with them to identify solutions and project manage the implementation of new technologies
- Report performance indicators, trends, and provide prescriptive recommendations to improve efficiency and scale across the organization
- Governance of the use of data (reports, dashboards and enforcement) within Services Management and the department
- Oversee the department's tech-stack, such as PSA tool ownership (FinancialForce) and software budgets
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of relevant professional services experience, with at least 3 years in people management
- Salesforce experience (Financial Force preferred), with knowledge of complex dashboard and reports, custom report types, calculated fields and workflows
- Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how systems work and how to improve them through transformative and iterative approaches
- Quantitative analysis experience
- Work with multiple partners / vendors
- Experience developing business infrastructure, and energetically scaling a high-growth business
