Job Description

The Implementation Specialist - New Business position gathers and analyses customer requirements, engages in consultative and technical solutions, organizes the setup, configuration, and training for customer deployments.
You will work collaboratively with the client and all other cross functional departments to ensure there is customized delivery of products and services and prompt resolution of any problems that arise.What You’ll Be Doing . . .
  • Responsible for development and execution of work plans; sets timelines based on service level agreements, and monitors the progress through completion
  • Responsible for YTD and historical payroll imports and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate parallel payrolls are processed using knowledge of payroll, taxes, workers' comp, benefits, deductions, and Wage and Hour laws
  • Perform quality control audits
  • Remain current on all new product offerings and systematic/technical upgrades
  • Works with functional consultants to develop and maintain client profile for ongoing relationship
  • Partner with Customer Care, BAU and Customer Success departments to help transition a customer from the deployment phase to ongoing Support, at completion of project.
What You Need to Have . . .
  • 2+ years experience with HR, Payroll, payroll tax and benefits legislation and processes
  • Experience with Prism software and/or PEO implementation
  • Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
  • Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills.
