The Role:
Our customers love our products and service and we intend to keep it that way. Your primary role as an Application Specialist is key to our success, on-boarding and implementing our products with new healthcare clinics and hospitals across the nation. The Application Specialist is responsible for managing projects which include on-boarding of hospitals and clinics, post implementation enhancements, and partnering with our Product department on beta and pilot projects. The Specialist will be leading both the internal and customer teams responsible for implementation of our products. While we have developed a strong succinct process to on-board customers and implement our products, each implementation is somewhat unique, requiring the Application Specialist to have a keen ear to meet the individual needs of each customer while ensuring customers receive the highest value from our products. Application Specialists are part of the broader Delivery department at Collective, a growing team of committed professionals who's single priority is to delight customers. This position reports to the Team Lead of Implementation, is full-time, located in our Cottonwood Heights office, requiring limited travel within the U.S.
Who you'll work with:
As an Application Specialist you will be working with our Customers, IT, Customer Support, General Managers, Sales and Clinical Success teams.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
Implementing our software into hospitals, clinics and post-acute facilities. This includes single facilities as well as complex health groups. Managing optimization projects for hospitals, clinics and post-acutes Assisting clients in multiple regions Project managing external IT departments Managing a high volume of implementations Training new customers Increasing customer engagement Identify areas of improvement in processes and procedures, and assist in updating documentation.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
