Do you enjoy working with others and getting into the thick of technology?Collective Medical Technologies is looking for talented implementation and systems IT Professionals that would like to get in the middle of an actively growing Healthcare IT service provider. This role is located in our corporate office in Cottonwood Heights, UT. You will work closely with project management, development, IT and sales to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of Collective Medical’s software services with new and existing customers.Professional Service Engineers engage with a wide variety of technologies and systems including, but not limited to: health IT interface engines, HL7 messaging, querying databases, report validation and processing, ensuring connectivity to remote systems, Linux and Windows systems, virtualization and many others. Other teams collaborate, but you will be at the heart of our customers’ successful implementation experience.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Knowledge of health IT, including EHRs, population health, and HIE
  • Experience working with IT systems like SFTP, SQL, Excel, and Jira
  • Charisma, strong personal presence, and experience working directly with customers
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Passion for driving clinical and economic improvement via hospitals and health plans
  • Extraordinary self motivation and experience driving projects to completion
  • Continuous improvement of process and systems
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
How to catch really catch our eye:
  • Understanding of ANSI SQL databases (basic SQL language a must)
  • Project management experience where you were involved in organizing others
  • Understanding of the emergency room’s specific needs
  • Scripting experience (python, perl etc)
  • Solid networking understanding (protocols, sessions, etc)
  • Cisco firewall or router knowledge
  • Understanding of case management and social work
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge
  • BS level degree or higher
