Position Summary:As a Senior Product Leader for the Acute and Payer markets, you will be responsible for lead product strategy and execution for how we connect various healthcare providers and platforms together with a focus on improving outcomes and patient and provider experiences. You will work with customers and leaders within the organization to develop strategy, roadmaps, and measurements, as well as with our engineering and GTM teams to bring the product vision to our users.This is a collaborative and influential role where you will be responsible for building and driving the strategy working across the Harmony team as well as PointClickCare to ensure the success of your products and portfolio. What does a typical week look like for someone in this role?
- Building and managing strategic relationships with customers and driving secondary research to better understand customer business and needs.
- Prioritizing and synthesizing research into clear product strategy and goals.
- Presenting and communicating roadmap and strategy to internal and external stakeholders to support and coordinate objectives and execution.
- Working with Product amp; Engineering teams to drive product development projects through planning, definition, development, and testing.
- Using metrics and measurement to assess and guide success of products through pilot and in market.
- Working with marketing and sales to build product marketing, positioning and messaging
- Working with implementation and operational teams to ensure customer success.
- Managing development with partners and vendors as a part of an overall product delivery strategy.
What qualifications do you look for?
- Proven track record experience managing software products in tech or healthcare space, with an emphasis on experience with SAAS applications, and APIs or data platforms.
- Prior experience delivering data products built on modern data platforms, building data infrastructures and having an understanding of databases and architectures
- Ability to communicate with data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Prior experience managing software products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals (user needs, market research, build, metrics and measurement, GTM).
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related related field of study. Ideal candidates have a masters in a related field or may be working towards one.
- High adaptability or experience in an incubation or "start up" culture.
- Strong listening, communication, collaboration and presentation capabilities.
- Preference for some experience or familiarity with the cross-continuum challenges in the healthcare and interoperability market today.
