As an Account Development Fellow, you’ll have a front-row seat into how our Sales Development organization researches, qualifies and generates new business leads. You are passionate about game-changing technologies, curious about the sales process, enthusiastic about learning new systems, and eager to win as a team.
Your role will sit as a critical support function to our Sales, SDR, and Sales Operations teams recommending process improvements and scrubbing our CRM to ensure our teams have the best, most accurate leads. This role is intended to be a 6-month entry level role into our Sales Development Organization. You’ll spend the first 90 days focusing on data maintenance and cleanup within our CRM and the second 90 days learning the ropes and closely supporting Sales Development.

In the First 90 Days you’ll be:
  • Sitting within our Sales Operations team learning how Gong drives our business with data-driven insights
  • Maintaining the integrity of our CRM through ongoing data enrichment and data maintenance in Salesforce
  • Ensuring our Sales Development Representatives are set up for success by researching and validating target prospect accounts
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Providing support on ad-hoc projects such as account planning initiatives for our upmarket account teams.
In your Second 90 Days you’ll be:
  • Moving into our Sales Development Organization
  • Partnering with Sales Development Representatives, learning the ropes into their prospecting methodologies and processes
  • Scrubbing and maintaining account booksSupporting account planning initiatives
  • Practicing your prospecting call skills by making tech stack focused outbound calls into prospects
