About the role We are looking for experienced professionals to launch and scale brands for the world’s most revolutionary ecommerce business. You’ll own the launch of some of the most exciting new brands and help them take off in the market.

- Execute: End-to-end responsibility for launching brands.
- Scale: Create new and innovative ways to scale brands.
- Process amp; innovation: Use repeatable processes to launch and scale brands, while constantly iterating and improving those processes and supporting systems.
- Budgeting amp; revenue: Oversee monthly Pamp;L for brands.
- Consumer experience: Develop and own the consumer experience, creating systems and processes to capture and address feedback/issues in a timely manner.
- Team: Build, lead and develop a best-in-class team of growth and operations experts.

- Ecommerce Experience: 3+ years of success within ecommerce
- Prior Experience: You’ve previously worked in Business Operations and/or been a General Manager or Chief of Staff at a fast growing startup.
