About the role As X By’s Creator Lead you’ll be responsible for leading relationships with Creators and building our brand within the Creator Community. If you love working with Creators and want to have a massive impact on creating a completely revolutionary way of doing ecommerce, this is the dream job for you!!
As an early employee and part of the founding team, you will be a critical part of our company’s product direction and future. You will be building the bones of our company and making decisions that will control the trajectory of the company.What you’ll be doing
- Creator Brand: Create the creator-facing brand of the company. How can we be first in line when a creator wants to create a product?
- Creator Voice: Represent the voice of the creator community in the development of company-wide decision making. Keep a pulse on creator needs to drive prioritization of services.
- Contracts: Conduct outreach and negotiate contracts with creators.
- Creator Focus: Sharp eye towards making sure creators are being supported.
- Networking: You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of who is who and continue to develop relationships across the creator community.
We’d love to talk if you
- Have several years of creator-relations experience.
- Have genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy and its potential to redefine the future of work.
- Are passionate about creator platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and others and stay current on the ever changing landscape of social content.
- Are amazing at building relationships.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a deep network.
- Are incredibly resourceful, driven and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
