About the role As Head of Growth, you will drive X By’s position as the leader in the ecommerce space. You'll create and execute a holistic global growth strategy through ownership of customer acquisition and creator-driven growth. This role will involve a lot more than driving growth through traditional performance channelsyou’ll also generate hype with creators and use digital guerilla tactics to accomplish your goals.

  • Growth: Increase growth of brands through traditional marketing channels (radio, direct mail, email, digital), robust referral programs, customer list development + lifecycle program design, content development and distribution for SEO, events, PR, etc, partnerships amp; other local/guerilla marketing efforts, retail relationships
  • Team: Build, lead and develop a team of cross-functional growth experts to increase growth of many diverse brands.
  • Efficiencies: Set and track benchmark KPIs across channels while driving meaningful and actionable insights to improve marketing efficiencies.
  • Innovation: Rapidly test and innovate new channels, new creatives, and new initiatives with a data-driven mindset.
  • Customer retention: Develop and refine customer retention, leveraging customer success data to increase our customer lifecycle.
We’d love to talk if this sounds like you
  • You have experience with marketing channels, as well as other scrappy growth channels.
  • You have deep expertise in understanding how to convert audiences to paying customers.
  • You pride yourself in your ability to identify, source, and activate strategic partnerships, specifically as those relate to acquisition.
  • You have deep Direct Response marketing experience across a range of channels including SEO, SEM, display, paid social, direct mail, lead partnerships.
  • You are tenacious and willing to do whatever it takes, get sh*t done attitude.
  • You are logical, measured and can solve any problem in front of you in a way that gets others excited to help.
  • You are always looking for ways to make things better, faster, and more efficient.
