About This RoleWe are looking for a highly organized person to join our Implementation team. In one of the most critical customer-facing roles in the company, you will be interacting directly with firm leadership to manage the implementation process of our technology. You will work directly with a customer success manager to provide a highly personalized implementation experience while managing customer expectations and translating customer needs into technical requirements.
About the Responsibilities•Hold weekly/biweekly meetings with new customers to understand their process and collect key information that will outline their implementation•Adapt current customer business-practices into the functionality of our software•Educate customers on Anduin with knowledge and enthusiasm.•Ability to treat sensitive customer data appropriately.•Maintain impeccable follow-up to customer questions/concerns during the implementation•Translate your technical knowledge of our product into relatable language for the non-technical customer•Share ideas and take ownership of optimizing the implementation process•Customize your demo of our product to the audience- our customers have many personas•Build trust and personal connection with customers to create delight and engagement during the implementation process•Operate with a sense of urgency around moving a customer through an implementation
About You•Passion for delivering the customer delight.•Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.•Strong communication skills with the ability to simply explain complex, technological concepts.•Previous implementation experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.•Experience in SQL is a plus•Top-level organization and task-management skills•Experience managing different stakeholders.•Computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications quickly and is IT literate.•Someone who is highly proficient in English, with excellent written grammar and spelling.•Experience leading training efforts is a plus.•Someone with loads of energy, who is excited to roll up their sleeves.•Someone who does not shy at taking ownership of something new, we all wear many hats.
