CIC Health is seeking a Testing Integration Specialist to lead mission critical efforts to scale our COVID testing program. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORKAs part of your work, you will:• Work with your team on integrating emerging COVID testing technologies into the CIC Health portfolio by facilitating internal pilots amp; coordinating company-wide rollout.• Translate research and development findings into comprehensible business data.• Inform supply chain and commercial timelines around testing implementation.• Coordinate research, finance, sales, and implementation teams to operationalize new products.• Track technical KPIs and test performance of new testing modalities and keep your internal team updated on progress amp; comparative results.• Provide input into CIC Health’s business strategy.• Support our Head of Software/Lab on Executive Level priorities.• Develop and execute strategy for test expansion across the at home diagnostics market, and in person collections.• Build and maintain partnerships with external public health leaders and organizations.

YOU HAVE• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, diagnostics, or strategic project management (experience within a startup environment preferred).• Healthcare experience (a plus!).
