Account Executives work with new and existing B2B Enterprise customers to address their needs, both resolving problems with current products and identifying opportunities to sell additional ones. You will play a key role in driving net new, existing, and re-occurring business for the Agile, Technology Tools, and other delivery teams by checking in with new, past and existing clients. You will work closely with Cprime's Marketing Teams, pre-sales Solutions Engineers, and regional delivery teams. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional to work at a forward-thinking company and advance their career.
Your focus will include focused sales efforts with high-value Consumer relationships. Proactive sales efforts will include calls (within defined ad-hoc campaign parameters), outbound sales calls by phone, virtual platform (ie Zoom, MS Teams, etc) and in person, and attendance or hosting sales events. The focus for this role will be on what Cprime deems as "Enterprise" accounts, which is accounts with an annual revenue of over $500M. The role also performs servicing of accounts (check-in's, health check's, retrospectives), general account maintenance (requiring minimal time to complete) referencing customers to appropriate specialist SME roles.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve a new business sales quota in the assigned territory through self-generated leads, or via Marketing-generated leads.
  • Prospect and find new business from existing accounts or new accounts in the assigned territory
  • Develop and close business independently by developing interest from IT and business organizations.
  • Sell to senior roles within the prospect’s IT and marketing/strategy organization.
  • Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve quota, and keep the pipeline updated in Salesforce.
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Understand the changing business and technology issues and needs that our clients and potential clients face.
  • Maintain an average deal size of $80,000 with a yearly goal of approximately $10M.
Skills and Requirements
  • Experience selling to Commercial mid-market or Enterprise B2B accounts in the past.
  • 6+ years experience in Enterprise Business to Business Account Management,Outbound business development.
  • Experience working withSalesforceor other CRM's.
  • Strong phone, virtual meeting, and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills.
  • Preference is given to those that have sold Professional Services, Consulting Services, or Software + Implementation Services previously.
  • Highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or comparable business experience.
  • Proven consultative and solutions-based sales abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of technology /software products solutions, systems, policies/procedures, and regulations, preferred.
  • Some domestic travel will be required when deemed safe to do so (about a third of your time).
  • Preference for candidates who reside in TN, MN, CO, KS or MO, or other Central Time Zone US state.
