This person will be responsible for Collections and other projects.
Responsibilities· Collect on past due accounts· Provide customer service regarding collection issues· Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts· Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support Accounts Receivable Department
Qualifications · Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook· Prior collections experience· NetSuite amp; CRM/ERP experience a plus· Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment· Strong written and oral communication skills
