You have a proven track record of success and any experience working in a high volume customer experience, customer success, or account management environment in the tech space.
What the role is
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Account Management team, responsible for working with our retailer partners on making sure they have accurate inventory represented on Drizly’s site and apps, walking new retail partners through our internal ordering system and smartphone application, handling escalated support issues related to stores, and helping with other day-to-day opportunities retail partners may face.In this role you will:
  • Be a part of a brand new and growing team at Drizly
  • Communicate with retail partners, via phone and email, regarding their Drizly operations
  • Train retailers on best practices for using the Drizly platforms
  • Solve problems and address unsatisfactory experiences
  • Contribute to cultivating the industry’s most robust catalog of products
  • Identify and highlight common retailer feedback to the broader team to drive overall improvement

  • Salary range: $40,000-$50,000. Your compensation will be based on your experience level, skills, and location within the United States.
