About the Role:
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for the design, configuration, and support of Manhattan Associates WMS, Labor Management, and Slotting systems. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for driving process and systematic improvement initiatives around business operations and IT systems in the warehouse while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, employee morale, cost, and production at the forefront. You will work closely with operations and IT to provide first-level support while training and documenting in Manhattan’s systems.Responsibilities:
  • Works with Manhattan Associates, IT, and Operations to design and configure systems based on operational needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a detailed log of each facility's configuration matrix to be shared with IT and Operations.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for test planning and execution, go-live support for Manhattan Associates WMS Active platform.
  • Performs system and User Acceptance testing while documenting defects for IT.
  • Participates in level 1 support for the 6 facilities.
  • Creates documentation and trains Field and Central Operations on using WMS, LMS, and Slotting.
  • Works with the Central Operations team to drive process improvement projects
  • Implements such tools as SPC, Process Capability, Pareto analysis, Fishbone, SMEDCreate documentation for training materials such as checklists, standard work, and standard operating procedures and troubleshooting.
  • Communicates plans and other agreements to stakeholders for alignment while listening to feedback and making modifications if appropriate

  • This person must be comfortable working with all levels within the organization. They must be able to question the status quo and be an effective communicator.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.Must maintain satisfactory attendance, including timeliness
Skills Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience with Manhattan WMS (Open Systems preferred) with an implementation using Manhattan’s cloud-based Active platform strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using Manhattan Labor Management or similar platforms (JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder)
  • Experienced using SQL to engage in troubleshooting via the database.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across the entire organization
