Job Description

Everbridge is seeking a Brand and Communications Intern for our team.
You will work directly for the Everbridge Brand Integration and Communications Strategy Director to support Brand and Communications for Everbridge’s internal and external channels. The role will include a diverse range of projects including internal communications and brand strategy. As an integral part of the team you will help to tell the Everbridge story across several formats.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equipped with concise written and verbal communication, and excellent time-management and organizational skills. A creative outlook and collaborative spirit are musts, as well as the ability to work independently and with a group.
*This is a 10 hour internship per weekWhat you'll do:
  • Help develop and edit Internal Communications across a broad range of projects including executive communications and acquisitions
  • Support development of our brand portfolio
  • Partner with various departments supporting Brand and Communications Special Projects
  • Work closely with leadership, People, and Integration teams
What you'll bring:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in fields related to Communications, Marketing, Writing, English, Public Relations, Journalism, and Advertising
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Strong storytelling, writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Bonus if:
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Ability to find and tell great stories
  • Maintain an enthusiastic approach to working with deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support the needs of the team
