As theDEIPrograms Manager,and as a key member of theDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI)team,you willconnect withBrook’ internal and external communitiesby creating and executing company-wide programs that enable ourworkplaceculture to scale in pursuit of our growth strategies.Focusedon ourInternship Program,community connections, andemployee Diversity Working Group,you willcreate,lead,andmanage programsthat will broaden Brooks’ network supporting Brooks’ talent pipelineandDEIefforts.In this role youwilldesign, build, and leadthe Brooksinternship programthatwill create a talent pipeline of candidates through an exceptional educational and work experience that exemplifies Brooks unique inclusive, creative, and innovative culture sharing our commitment to career development in the performance footwear and apparel industry while providing unique talent to Brooks at entry level and mid-career level positions.You will broaden Brooks’ network, building strong professional relationships by actively engaging with universities, colleges, and community organizations with a focus on creating opportunity for historically underrepresented talent. You will manage Brooks’ external memberships with organizations who advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.You will manage our Diversity Working Group, working with a cross-functional team of employees in support of fostering a culture of inclusion at Brooks, and partnering as a DEI resource for ideas, questions, and feedback.In this role youwill have the opportunity to think big, test new ideas, and beakey leader and contributor tobuilding a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Innovate, build, and own programs that have a measurable impact oncandidate andemployee experience and inclusion at Brooks.
  • Design and develop a comprehensive internship program to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Research, analyze, and develop relationships with?universities, colleges, and organizations whose student body and academic?programing?meet the needs of the business and represent underrepresented talent/communities.?
  • Work cross functionally with Brooks business managers and HRBP team to analyze and identify business?need?and develop internship roles and conversion opportunities.?
  • Work closely with the recruiting team in the recruitment, hiring, and conversion of interns to full time employees.?
  • Partner with marketing to create an engaging brand presence campaign telling the Brooks story and career opportunities to attract talent and increase brand awareness.?
  • Lead recruiting activities attending career events(including info sessions, panel discussions, career fairs, etc.)and presentingthe Brooks brand andintern opportunities to organizations and candidates.?
  • Manage the summer internship program facilitating all activities and supportofstudent interns throughout the recruiting, internship, and conversion process.?
  • Partner withthe Peoples Program teamin creation androll outofprograms ensuring a consistent, global employee experience.
  • Set metrics, collect and analyze programmatic data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements to meet our goals. Draw insights from data and create reporting for stakeholders/business managers/leaders to connect a story to the data.
  • Translate Damp;I strategy into actionable business level goals and design programs and plan to attain targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy, in partnership with ourrecruitingteam, to build a diversecandidatepipeline through on- and off-campus recruitment efforts.
  • Manage ouremployee Diversity Working Group through meetings, project management, and providing DEI resources.
  • Obtain stakeholder engagement and partner withkey leadersto ensure successful execution ofprograms. Identify, develop and leverage key champions throughout the organization.
