Job Description

Marigold Health is looking for our first Provider Network Managerwho will build closer relationships with our care delivery partners, to improve the Marigold patient experience and increase ourclinicalimpact. This person willwork closely with our CEO on business development, implementation and ongoing stakeholder engagement.They will make sure that providers understand and incorporate our services into their patient offerings.While this is not a typical sales role, you will be an external face for ourproduct and company, so developing and maintaining trust and clear communication with partners is key.We’relooking for someone familiar with healthcare delivery interested in learning more about business strategy.This work is perfect for someone who has been in an operational and/or implementation role at an innovative digital health company, or who has managed provider relationships at a health plan.If you’re excited aboutcreating deep, lasting relationships with providers in order to expand Marigold’s ability to supportpeople through mental health and substanceusetreatment, we want to hear from you.

We believe peers, individuals in recovery themselves who have received training to support others, can empower amp; engage those least likely to interact with current forms of care. What You'll Do
  • Work closelywith theCEO to design strategies by marketsegment, includingbusinessmodelsandprovider-facingproductoffering(s)
  • Fosterrelationships with providers, by visiting sites, creating and disseminating collateral, and articulating Marigold’s value proposition and product offerings
  • Build out a network of providers to serve as acquisition channels, initially focused on FQHCs and providers of MAT inDelawareandMassachusetts
  • Disseminate providerfeedbackinternally to our clinical operations and product team
  • Identifynovel opportunities with other stakeholders (nonprofits, local governments) as you work with providers onsite
  • Ongoing account management of provider partners by identifyingrevenueand care coordinationopportunities
Reporting, Schedule and Location
  • This isa FTopportunity reporting directly to theCEO.Most team members work virtually from home andare located on the east coast and internationally.Candidates can work remotely from anywhere in United Statesbutshould expect to be available during eastcoasthours. As COVID-19 restrictions ease, there will also betravelassociated with this role.Travel costs will be covered by the company.WehaveofficesinBoston andWilmington, Delaware.
Your Skills
  • At least 3-5years of full-time work experience, with at least two years of healthcare industry specific experienceworking with providers, ideally at a health plan, EMR or other digital health vendor
  • Experience with partnership management,needsidentification and stakeholder mapping
  • A deep understanding of provider workflows, andfamiliaritywitheffective change managementtactics and frameworks
  • Experience maintaining a CRM in a clear, systematic way
  • Ability to rapidlyproducehigh-qualityexternal-facing collateralmaterials
  • Ability to self-direct work and prioritization based on highest impact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice to have
  • A deep understandingof provider workflows within FQHCs or MAT providers (OTPs and OBOT)
  • Existing provider network management, care qualityand/orhealthcarebusiness developmentexperience
  • Experience with digital healthcare implementation and/or operations
  • Experience working in the community mental health system
  • Work designing alternative payment modelsor quality initiativeswith providers
  • An understanding of the Medicaid policy landscape
  • Basic data visualization skills
