You know your body best, and we believe information about the way your body works should be fully visible and available to you however and whenever you need it.As an Agile Team Coach at Everly Health, you'll have a hands-on role in coaching and enabling self-organized, high-performance teams by leveraging various agile frameworks and methods to unleash the optimal flow for each unique team. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, QA, and key stakeholders across Everly Health.What You'll Do:- Building happy, healthy teams
- Helping teams continuously improve the flow within their chosen framework amp;/or recommend new ways of working in their pursuit towards happiness amp; high-performance
- Guiding your teams and organization on how to build amazing products by getting closer to customers and shortening feedback loops
- Collaborate with and coach your team’s stakeholders throughout the organization to empower and enable teams to self-organize
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding and communicating to the appropriate people
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Educating, supporting and coaching the Product Managers, especially on refining and maintaining the product backlog
- Recognizing where the team and organization are along their agile journey and coaching them to the next level, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Collaborate and share learnings with a first class team of agile coaches on a regular basis as scale agility across Everly Health
- Facilitate, plan, or design fun and engaging workshops for all of the above
Who You Are:- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Team Coach, Kanban Sensei, Flow Wizard/Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or similar role for team that was diligently applying agile principles and values through a variety of frameworks and methods
- Experience creating hybrid frameworks (example: scrumban) that meet the needs of that particular team
- Experience coaching and engaging teams in a virtual environment
- Knowledge and experience in various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in agile frameworks (example: brainstorming techniques, story mapping, relative sizing, story splitting techniques, etc.)
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Bonus:- Experience being part of a high-performing team
- Experience encouraging amp; mentoring on modern technical excellence practices (examples: CI/CD, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience coaching and applying agile principles outside of Product amp; Engineering
- Experience with Atlassian products
