About the Team:
Our team is rapidly growing into a robust sales organization full of knowledgeable individuals committed to helping brands connect to the right audience, through the right channel, on one of the largest education platforms in the world. Our goal is to make Quizlet one of the premier go-to destinations for high quality and effective digital advertising, which helps the Ads team keep Quizlet free of charge for millions of users across the globe.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in advancing our capabilities as a sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Sales team in driving operational excellence by building relationships with external vendors, integrating sales tools, and providing data analysis that will enable revenue growth and increase the team’s productivity.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in a cross functional environment. You will partner with core teams on the business side, as well as the technical teams that drive our ad products forward. You also have your fingers on the pulse of the industry and can help drive initiatives to help our team be ready to tackle new emerging business trends.In this role, you will:
  • Build Salesforce workflows, email alerts, and field updates
  • Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce and other relevant platforms
  • Evaluate and integrate tools that support our sales enablement efforts
  • Document policies, procedures, and training/resource materials
  • Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth
  • Produce/enhance sales dashboards, and leading deep dives on performance results to identify issues and uncover problems
  • Develop and maintain regularly scheduled reports against KPI metrics
What you bring to the table:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital ad sales operations
  • Proficient with Salesforce administration and management
  • Experience working in a high-growth sales environment
  • Natural curiosity and the desire to always be learning about new trends in the industry
  • Comfortable adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
  • Able to explain technical concepts and communicate them to different audiences
  • Solid understanding of what technologies are needed for a successful sales team and how to prioritize integrations
Bonus points if you have:
  • Salesforce Admin or Architect certification
  • Worked in programmatic and traditional direct sales environments
  • Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales, customer success, and operations teams
Compensation, Benefits Perks:
  • Colorado candidates: Base pay for this role starts at $95,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience
