Built Technologies is seeking a Contract and Procurement Manager to support the Sr. Corporate Counsel in managing a variety of inbound and outbound contractual agreements. Built is a fast-growing, highly funded company that is rapidly expanding its service offerings both organically and through acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is eager to coordinate with multiple business divisions to implement contracts for new and existing services.

This position will rely heavily on your ability to adeptly manage multiple, competing priorities and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, work effectively across all levels, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
This role is located in our Boise, ID office.In this role, you will:- You will support Built’s Revenue team in drafting negotiating and organizing sales agreements
- Support Built’s sales force in creating and negotiating customer agreements including MSA, Order Form, SOW
- Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
- Support the Client Success department in managing the contract renewal process
- Ensure post-contract management by logging contract details into the appropriate system and managing the renewal processes
- Manage the procurement process including negotiating commercial terms for vendor contracts
- Risk evaluation of each supplier and ensure proper stakeholder reviews based on risk assessment
- Documentation of vendor review
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve both contract and procurement processes
Qualifications:- Advanced contract drafting skills required
- Excellent negotiation skills required
- Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- 4+ years of experience as a contract manager or similar function required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified paralegal or Juris Doctorate desired
- Procurement and/or vendor management experience desired
- Experience at a SaaS software company desired
- Familiarity with Salesforce desired
- Familiarity with Zoom, and Google Drive desired
