Summary
In this role, you will not only leverage well developed and maintained processes and systems, but also contribute to the continuous improvement of these procedures and tools.You will be responsible for responding to internal user requests for technical help (HELP!) and providing best in class support. Fast leverages a diverse portfolio of both internal and SaaS tools to ensure employees can access and leverage what they need to keep Fast running efficiently. Up, up, and away!Role
  • Document status of cases, and provide updates to end users and the IT team
  • Receive, track, configure, and deploy hardware, software and peripherals
  • Monitor endpoint reports to ensure systems are correctly configured, patched and secure
  • Track support backlog to ensure requests are handled within defined SLAs
  • Provide technical support for on-site and remote team members
  • Escalate issues effectively across multiple teams in and outside of the IT organization
  • Maintain accurate asset management records

Requirements
  • Significant experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS
  • Profound experience with Google Workplace (Gsuite) Administration
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, video conferencing systems, anti-malware tools and remediation
  • Familiarity with file and share permissions
  • Able to lift 25 lbs to setup and ship equipment
Plus
  • JIRA, JAMF, zoom, and bash scripting experience
  • Any helpful certifications
