About the PositionAs an Account Manager on the Finance team, you are responsible for executing the onboarding and setup of new partners, managing daily questions, and performing bi-weekly partner touch base meetings using proprietary CRM platform. You will also work with analytics to pull all volume requests and forecasts and provide monthly platform and account reviews with partners.Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with all partners to be a trusted advisor, in order to be leveraged as an expert in the PF space
  • Provide excellent customer service for all direct partners
  • Be the eyes and ears of personal finance to understand current market conditions and partners business
  • Understand customer needs and balance with internal opportunities in order to grow sales with existing inventory while providing insights into new product/partner opportunities
Qualifications
  • Min. of 2 years of Account Management experience, preferably in Finance.
  • Excellent CRM and Excel aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Eager to learn and master systems/tech tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
