Reporting to the Pamp;C Operations Director, this position is responsible for analytics, reporting, agent onboarding, quality control, sales rep’s monthly compensation, training and other duties as assigned by the Operations Director. The Pamp;C Operations Manager/Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and communicating operational metrics relating to established sales and quality goals.Essential Functions:
- · Guide and support Sales Reps through onboarding process, such as engaging with recruiting and HR, training, licensing, appointments, and affiliations to maximize their potential in the areas of productivity and culture contributions.
- · Accountable for agent training and documentation for operational subject matter to include Outlook, OneNote and other areas as needed.
- · Create and ensure quality metrics are met on a regular basis, as instructed by management.
- · Analyze, identify, and improve call metrics, conversion, and policy placement to include managing call volume and call routing real time.
- · Analyze and monitor agent performance and compensation.
- · Analyze, monitor, and optimize carrier, state and customer segmentation and provide recommendations.
- · Own call routing process to include management and documentation of all Pamp;C phone numbers in relation to campaigns and referral partnerships.
- · Use performance metrics to drive appropriate quality activity.
- · Identify and develop talent for Sales Rep. positions.
- · Facilitate development of SOP’s for Pamp;C processes.
- · Drive and reinforce the right outcomes that are consistent with promoting an understanding of individual, Hub and company compliance requirements, ethical standards, and compliant business practices.
Qualifications:
- Property and Casualty license Preferred but not required ability to transfer skills and knowledge, strong coaching skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of similar experience within the insurance industry, specifically analyzing data and managing to findings.
- Strong organizational skills with results orientation and superior interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
- Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and integrity.
- Analytical ability, Critical Thinking and Problem-solving skills.
- Organization/time management/prioritization skills
- Demonstrated presentation/oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL., but candidates who qualify may work remotely.
