The Harness Software Delivery Platform includes Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Feature Flags and Cloud Cost Management. POSITION SUMMARYThe goal of the Revenue Operations amp; Strategy team is to build the foundation of our internal systems and processes, scale these systems, and improve efficiencies across the board. The team blends high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to propel the company to grow and scale well, with a strong focus on analytical and quantitative thinking. We are a team of problem-solvers, where all challenges are met with enthusiasm and open minds.
The team works cross-functionally across the company, particularly with sales, customer success, finance, product, and IT. This is an opportunity to influence how we build our operations and sales/customer success efforts and strategies worldwide and contribute to a highly productive, data-driven, and analytical team. We are looking for someone who loves managing teams and projects, thrives in a fast paced environment, and loves building and iterating on how we scale the organization.The Director, Marketing Operations amp; Analytics role is responsible for managing and building the marketing operations and analytics team. This is a chance to both lead people and influence our processes and approach for scaling into the next phase of rapid growth and $$ ARR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the Marketing Operations team (Responsible for tools amp; processes, system management and builds, supporting marketing leadership, analyzing marketing funnel from top to bottom, etc etc.)
  • Hire amp; onboard new team members to embody our Harness Values
  • Synthesize and understand complex pipeline trends amp; forecasts throughout each layer of business - isolating and prioritizing areas to double down on or end
  • Understand our customer segments, sizing, and how they buy - providing insight from all areas of marketing -- field marketing to product led growth, and beyond
  • Guide the marketing tech stack roadmap, with an eye towards why we have a tool, how it’s used, and how it can be optimized
  • Design a successful framework for evaluating and comparing program effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing leadership amp; finance on planning and budgeting activities
  • Provide proactive guidance to Marketing leadership to optimize and scale their key business objectives
  • Drive cross functional partnerships across the organization to solve business problems and accelerate growth
  • Identify areas of opportunity for the organization, pilot and test ideas, and scale successful pilots
ABOUT YOU
  • 10+ years of Marketing Operations amp; Analytics experience at high growth technology companies
