What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising a team of revenue-minded customer success managers
  • You will lead a team of customer success managers responsible for cohorts of recently implemented Divvy customers in our small business segment by driving continual product adoption and expansion of core Divvy platform products.
  • Perform weekly one-on-ones with your direct reports
  • Perform weekly call reviews with reps and do regular on-site visits with your direct reports
  • Develop strategies with team members to retain existing revenue, expand Divvy’s footprint with increased product utilization, up-sell additional Divvy platform offerings, and help Divvy customers to achieve desired outcomes
  • Improve daily processes and streamline work
  • Develop those on your team to become future leaders and advance in their careers
  • Know how to manage multiple software tools. Become a subject matter expert on Divvy products
  • Inspire your team members to do great work each day, hit KPIs, own and hit quota
  • Ability to partner with marketing to drive customer engagement and product adoption
  • Ability to create content including through email marketing and word tracks

Qualifications
  • Someone with experience in managing a high performing Sales, Customer Success, or Onboarding teams
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and SAAS, or Finance/Accounting preferred
  • Background in customer lifecycle management, tech-touch customer engagement in tools like Gainsight
  • Experience leading a team and driving performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and enablement teams

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience creating content to drive adoption
  • Experience implementing customer journey tech-touch
