  • Drive continual product adoption and expansion of the Divvy platform products with medium sized business cohorts
  • Monitor customer health, product utilization, amp; trends in customer spend while using data to drive proactive customer engagement
  • Conduct training webinars around product configuration and best practices for controllers and CFOs of SMB businesses.
  • Manage and maintain relationships in a book of business and perform other tasks to drive revenue expansion and retention
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Divvy’s products and services
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices
  • Drive adoption of additional Divvy products as they are released
Qualifications
  • 2 + years of experience in customer success, sales or banking experience
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
  • Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Ability/desire to consistently hit quota
  • A hate of expense reports!!! ;)

  • Experience or education in finance/accounting
