You as an Agile coach will be a strong practitioner with skills to educate and help mature Agile teams. The coach will also work with leadership and other agile coaches to increase team effectiveness and implement Agile principles. As a Coach, you should have an extensive track record of introducing best practices, overcoming challenges, and ensuring that the team has all the necessary skills to make them successful.Job Responsibilities:
- Use Agile subject matter expertise to coach new and existing teams on Agile processes.
- Provide SME coaching to specific Agile roles.
- Administer Agile team maturity assessments and develop coaching plans accordingly.
- Prepare a variety of communication artifacts related to Agile practice events, progress, and plans.
- Develop and deliver presentations to various levels of stakeholders and leaders and facilitate working sessions to identify resolutions to barriers to scaling use of Agile.
- Assist Agile Program Manager and other Agile Practice team members with creating and maintaining collaborative communication sites and tools.
- Assists Agile Program Manager and other Agile Practice team members in the development of the Agile Playbook and use that Playbook to assist teams with Agile on-boarding process.
- Provide performance feedback to Agile team members Project Managers.
- Assist with the identification, collection, and reporting on Agile Practice metrics and measurements.
- Apply expertise with the following tools and technologies: Agile, Jira, Oracle, MS Visio, Java, Javascript, PL/SQL, Unix.
Qualifications:
- The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.
- Two (2) years of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: Agile, Jira, Oracle, MS Visio, Java, Javascript, PL/SQL, Unix.
- Must be able to travel to various unanticipated clientsites around the United States. Remote work is permitted for this position.
