We're looking for a talented writer to craft compelling, empathetic copy that drives people to enroll with Hinge Health. Your work will help people dealing with pain to find the care they need to start healing.
The Content Strategist for Growth Marketing will incorporate Hinge Health's voice and tone across an expanding list of B2C growth channels including email campaigns, video, direct mail, paid media, SMS, and OOH. As part of our growing Growth Creative Team, we’re looking for someone who can toggle between writer, collaborator, creative problem solver, and user advocate.
You are going to thrive on the team if you have a fine-tuned craft, love to iterate and make adjustments in real-time, and are energized with a curiosity to simultaneously take on the task at hand and explore how it can be amplified. We are looking for a creative, resourceful, collaborative, and highly effective A-player who will help us expand creative's role in helping people be pain free.

  • Be a part of building, and advancing the creative growth team’s charter while supporting key marketing initiatives.
  • Be an active participant in creative kick-off meetings and reviews.
  • Implement feedback that pushes the work forward while also making recommendations on strong content directions and decisions.
  • Understand and have a learn-it-all mentality towards conversion, accessibility, digital best practices, and emerging technologies to help streamline creative work.
  • Work with designers to craft high-performing, user-centered assets. From direct mail to banner ads, you’ll work with design to create best-in-class content across all of our channels.
  • Write consumer marketing copy that delivers results. Whether it’s a headline, a subject line, or even a button on a landing page, you’ll use data to craft copy that boosts performance.
  • Work with designers and creative leads to develop, iterate, and share out creative work with key stakeholders.
  • Pitch creative concepts and storyboard ideas. You’ll look for innovative, creative ways to reach our members on new (or existing) channels.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORl
  • 3-5 years of copywriting experience; preferable in a startup, in-house, or agency environment focused on B2C.
  • Ability to present your ideas and work with clarity and passion while demonstrating how the creative strategically answers the brief.
  • Understanding of email, web and digital channel capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Able to build trust and relationships among creative team and marketing partners.
  • Healthy time management skills for a robust self driven creative process without cutting corners or compressing reviews and revision cycles.
  • Able to deliver clear and timely copy solutions based on feedback, deadlines, and project constraints.
  • A portfolio with examples of previous work specifically showing how you increased marketing performance using copy.
