The Role
We're looking for an Account Based Marketer (ABM) to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values. As a part of our rapidly growing Demand Generation team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and management of effective account-based marketing campaigns. You will build strong partnerships with the sales teams in order to understand our customer's journey inside and out. You'll also work cross-functionally with the sales enablement and product marketing teams to develop the right 1:1 and 1:few account based marketing (ABM) programs to drive pipeline and progress deals.
This role is an opportunity to embed deeply within a unique company and highly technical environment. You'll need to stay current on our software product developments and effectively communicating/creatively messaging the value they add for our current and future/potential clients. The role and its surrounding organization are still being defined, and though you'll need to navigate effectively in ambiguity at times, it's also an opportunity to help shape this area of the business.Core Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns to drive engagement and new opportunities within target markets.
  • Coordinate with in-house amp; agency designers to develop campaign themes and assets.
  • Work with Field Marketing and sales pods to optimize programs based on real-time sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Communications, and Product Marketing to prioritize and tailor messaging.
  • Continually monitor and iterate on campaign efforts after launch to optimize and drive pipeline.
  • Operate using systems and tools currently utilized by the team (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Contentful, 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, etc) or have the ability to quickly adapt to them.
What We Value
  • 5+ years of relevant SaaS B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years experience in an ABM role.
  • ABM platform experience, such as Demandbase, 6sense, Triblio, Terminus, AdRoll, etc., as well as direct mail and field marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, including leveraging data-driven digital marketing technologies in demand creation and pipeline management and metrics and how to leverage them to drive demand.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to other Palantir offices, external conferences, and field events.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to execute successful multi-channel ABM programs.
