THE OPPORTUNITY:Hint, one of the fastest-growing beverage companies in the market, is looking for a full-time remote
Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of the Finance department, this person will partner closely with the Operations departments to manage our operations. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly analytical and have a background in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
This is an individual contributor role and will report to the VP, Financial Planning amp; Analysis.
The is a great opportunity to join an exciting company with ample growth potential! WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Review, audit billing and analyze parcel data for our Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment business. Analyze fulfillment nodes to monitor network optimization.
- Review, audit billing and analyze over the road freight data. Analyze the impact of additional co-packing and 3PLs facilities on over the road freight. Look for efficiencies to drive cost reduction.
- Forward looking supply planning. Monitor raw material indexes and impacts to costs of goods sold and coordinate with FPamp;A.
- Develop and maintain On Time and In Full (OTIF) reporting. Work with logistics on improvements. Monitor fulfillment reports by location, customer, and item.
- Perform postmortem analysis on production runs. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to hold co-packers accountable.
- work on ad hoc analytical assignments from both Finance and Operations.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience with inventory management, demand planning, or sales forecasting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
- Ability to identify forecast variances and articulate key drivers.
- An understanding of the entire fulfillment process, process flows, inventories, variances, and counting techniques.
- Familiarity with the tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality management.
- NetSuite experience a plus!
