  • Assisting the CEO with administrative and project work to enable them to be more effective. Organizing events, calendars, presentations and travel for CEO
Main Responsibilities/Duties
  • Assistant to CEO:
  • Calendar amp; Meeting Management - managing schedules that maximizes effectiveness.
  • To include intricate international calendar management, meeting preparation, forward planning and following up
  • Personal assistance - handling activities that impact CEO time such as collating presentations
  • Travel, logistics and expenses - Plan and book travel itineraries and coordinate logistics
Events
  • Event Management - Organizing internal and external events including:
  • Board Meetings
  • Quarterly Exec and Mgt Team offsites
  • Quarterly All Hands offsites
  • Exec team and Mgt team activities
  • New Leaders events
  • Supporting people team on various company events
Communication
  • Assistance with CEO communications (such as CEO Update, Board mtgs)
  • Communicates with and follows up Execs on behalf of CEO
Austin Office
  • Basic office administration support for ~40 person office hub
  • Coordinating office services and service providers
Key Skills/Technologies
  • Highly organised
  • Proficient Office applications, especially calendar management
  • Google Apps a bonus
  • Experienced maintaining confidentiality
  • Friendly, personable demeanor
  • Understanding of a corporate environment
Education/Experience Requirements
  • Degree educated or similar with fluent English
  • 5 years experience assisting CEO or C-level execs
