What You'll Do:
  • Provide potential customers the information they need and answer all questions for them to make an informed decision using Zendesk and CS chat software
  • Act as a liaison for current customers through their fertility journey, answering questions, guiding them, and helping them understand their next steps
  • Field incoming inquiries from current and potential customers across all channels, answering their questions in a clear, professional, and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues by determining the root of the problem and providing the best solution to solve it
  • Display the highest amount of confidentiality and attention to detail when it comes to our customers' security and safety
  • Become an industry and product expert
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • 2+ years of experience working in customer success, speaking with customers over the phone, and solving problems in real-time
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Previous experience using Excel or Google sheets
  • Strong emotional intelligence: you’re able to be patient, empathetic, and positive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills can relate to anyone
  • You are confident on the phone and have a high threshold for attention to detail
  • The ability to act quickly and effectively under pressure
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A desire to educate and guide people through difficult times
