Tealium is looking for a talented and growth mind-set individual that has a passion for championing culture and employee engagement. This person will be a part of Tealium’s Global Learning amp; Development team, nestled under the HR organization, and will have extensive reach and impact in our people and culture programs. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of culture and employee engagement including onboarding/orientation programs, recognition programs, engagement/workplace programs, diversity and inclusion, community outreach efforts, internal communications, employer-brand in social media and Tealium events focused on bringing to life our culture while experiencing significant company growth. The best fit candidate is people-centric, connection-driven, creative, and a self-starter who is experienced with event and program planning and culture building.This position reports directly to Tealium’s Learning amp; Development Manager.YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • In partnership with the HR team, evolve and enhance Tealium’s people-centric employee experience, engagement, and culture programs on a global scale.
  • Plan and facilitate employee activities, programs, and events that reinforce the culture of Tealium.
  • Plan and oversee Tealium’s employee reward and recognition programs.
  • Develop and manage internal communications to continually improve a culture of transparent communication.
  • Create and manage a consistent company presence on social sites as it relates to talent acquisition, company branding, and culture development.
  • Recommend and develop community involvement and visibility, and develop a community engagement philosophy, including organize and promote regular group volunteer opportunities for employees.
  • Facilitate Culture Training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Plan and facilitate our DEI programs and committees.
  • Evaluate Tealium employee engagement scores to find greatest areas of opportunity for improvement in reinforce the culture of Tealium.
  • Plan and execute Tealium’s employee engagement and wellness initiatives and programs.
  • Perpetuate Tealium’s culture internally and promote it externally through both organic and orchestrated employer-brand social media campaigns.
  • Support New Hire onboarding experience with employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Facilitate surveys or focus groups to ensure employees’ opinions are heard.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, communications, public relations or related field or equivalent
  • Computer literate and savvy with Google Workspace knowledge
  • Experience with Lattice or equivalent employee engagement platforms is a plus
  • Must be creative and innovative and enjoy using that creativity in everything you do
  • Must have a passion for promoting and authentically embodying the power of diversity, Tealium’s culture amp; values, employee engagement and wellness, and facilitating community building amp; inclusive connections
  • Very strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills as you will be reinforcing our culture with every communication
  • Graphic design experience
  • Social media campaign experience
  • Event planning and project management experience, specific to employee engagement amp; culture a big plus
  • Strong skills and a personal brand of being employee-focused, empathic, self-starting, goal-oriented, personal accountability, influencing, diplomatic, growth-oriented, and a positive, team-oriented contributor.
  • A desire to grow a career in Human Resources
  • Must be available to work occasionally outside your normal business hours in support of our global employees
  • Experience working in a global, SaaS, and/or remote environment a plus
