About You:
You are eager to join a fast paced, rapidly growing startup and demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as a member of the Partnership team. You will lead the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) channel for Convoy, which includes developing new LSP partnerships, and growing existing partners. You will manage a team of growth-oriented partner account managers focused on growing our LSP business segment and provide amazing service and growth to target partner accounts. You are a leader. You have managed teams and you know how to motivate and grow teams. You hold your team to high standards and are passionate about achieving goals and people development.You will:
  • Drive revenue and growth within your teams existing portfolio of partner accounts
  • Pursue, close, launch, and grow additional key target LSP partnerships
  • Help your team to meet or exceed quarterly volume and margin targets
  • Recruit, develop and oversee performance management of account managers
  • Partner with key Convoy teams, including marketing and product to assist in achieving LSP business segment goals

You have the following skills and experience:
  • 10+ years in Sales or Account Management in the logistics service provider (LSP) or freight industry combined with Channel or Partner Management experienceCh
  • 5+ years of direct managerial experience in high-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and influencing decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding personal and team goals and quotas
  • Demonstrated excellence in partner or account management, relationship development and account growth
  • Proven growth mindset with success in convincing customers to lean-in to a partnership and growth relationship
  • Demonstrated excellence in building and developing high-performing account managers and teams
  • Exceptional data instincts; you manage your portfolio and identify opportunities through strong data driven insights
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
  • Proven ability to uncover opportunities for growth and sell the vision to internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive as a leader in a fast paced and ambiguous environment and lift up your team in the process
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to positively impact and influence; superior peer relationship skills
  • Previous supply chain, and especially LSP or 3PL experience a plus
