The ISV (independent software vendor) partner team drives awareness of ISV partners and their add-on solutions across SugarCRM’s ecosystem.In this cross-functional role, you will primarily work with ISV partners and 3rd party developers to help them bring Sugar apps to market. You will also work collaboratively with internal SugarCRM teams including marketing, sales and channel, product, finance, and operations teams to support the needs of ISV partners and developers.Recently, SugarCRM has made an exciting investment to grow the ecosystem of add-on applications that extend the value of Sugar products. We have acquired, and are investing in, SugarOutfitters which will be the sole marketplace for finding Sugar add-ons and integrations.This role would be focused on growing the SugarOutfitters marketplace business and the partnerships with ISVs and developers that go along with it.Impact you will make in the role:
  • Take an established marketplace to the next level
  • Increase the value that Sugar customers get from our products through the sales of add-ons
  • Respond to needs of customers purchasing add-ons via the marketplace
  • Nurture a community of customers, developers, and partners that invest in Sugar add-ons and ISV integrations
  • On-board new ISV partners and help them succeed in Sugar ecosystem
  • Collaborate with ISV partners to develop compelling value propositions for their solutions that will resonate with Sugar customers
  • Build and execute marketing programs around key Sugar add-ons and ISV integrations via blog, newsletters, social, etc.
  • Grow SugarCRM brand awareness through partner websites and marketplaces
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align our ISV and marketplace strategy with other SugarCRM teams - sales, marketing, product, and support
