Job Description

The Superpedestrian team is composed of some of the most talented operations specialists, policy managers, designers and engineers, all focused on transforming the future urban mobility. Our scooters, called LINK, were designed to prioritize safety from the inside out, and our Superpedestrian team is dedicated to building meaningful local and city partnerships across the world. We are looking for a operations professional with management experience to help us run our scooter share. Our ideal candidate will display a sense of ownership over the share, ensuring smooth operations. You must be generally handy, extremely organized and tech-savvy.What You'll Do
  • Oversight of daily operations tasks including deployments, collections, charging, assembly and staffing.
  • Ensuring the health of the fleet via inventory management, monitoring data operations platform and dispatching high-medium-low priority tasks.
  • Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues on the ground.
  • Responsible for successful team member onboarding and training.
  • Supervise inventory tracking and accountability for deployment and maintenance
  • Triages operational issues and assists team and management with resolution
  • Ensures safety protocols are being uniformly followed
  • Assists with new hire training and development
  • Works closely with and assists Operations Manager to ensure city requirements are exceeded and operations are prepared to support market goals
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years experience managing teams
  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift a 50+ pound scooter 50+ times per shift without assistance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Internal amp; external customer service experience.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues.
  • Flexibility to work a mix of early mornings, evenings and weekends is required)
  • Proven track record helping to lead teams and thinking creatively to enhance processes.
  • Ability to make good decisions in stressful situations.
  • Eager to grow and learn with an organization
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to take ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success.
  • Follows all safety procedures and protocol including company ergonomics guidelines, material handling, dock safety, chemical safety, and other safety programs as applicable
