Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech (Spanish Speaking) to join us as we grow our Software Engineering, IT and Product Management units. In this roleyou will be responsible for full cycle recruiting specifically focused on technical roles. The right individual will know how to recruit passive technical talent within the US amp; LatAm, thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at stakeholder management and prioritize the candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a growing organization and, while focused on the US amp; LatAm, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of Talent Acquisition peers. You'll be supported by excellent leadership - dedicated to seeing you succeed - a TA Operations team and a collaborative team of TA colleagues willing to jump in and support as needed.
Location: 100% remote (within USA) indefinitely OR Mexico City OR Chicago Headquarters (with safety protocols) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full lifecycle talent acquisition covering tech/software engineering requisitions
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: consult with hiring managers, strategize recruitment plans, advertise roles, source passive talent, schedule interviews, offer negotiation and initiate onboarding
- Use your expertise in the US and LatAm tech/software engineering candidate market to consult business leaders of market intel and recruitment best practice
- Source passive/active technical talent including the likes of Software Engineers (Junior through Principal with tech stacks including Java, .NET, React, Cloud, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes etc), Software Engineering Team Leads, QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts and more
- Be passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience to every candidate
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor with Engineering/IT/Product Hiring Managers
- Innovate, collaborate and have a hunger to succeed in your role!
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment
- 2+ years of recruitment focused on technical positions within the Software Development Lifecycle
- 1+ years of experience focused on recruiting talent in LatAm
- Proven ability to find tech talent, including strong passive sourcing experience
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Experiential knowledge of tech recruitment in LatAm countries is strongly preferred
- Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and partner with them to provide recruitment best practice
- Keen interest in working with a diverse, multicultural, global organization
- A positive attitude and hunger to succeed
