Cisionis seeking a great Senior Sales Manager - IR to join its Torontosalesteam. Thiscandidatewill be focused on drivingnewsales toCision’sIR suite of servicesbypartneringwith publicly traded companies within Canada.

A day in the life· Working closely withthe VP salesyou will leverage your tools to outbound outreach to prospects to identify net new opportunities toclose;· Attend networking events, webinarsand other special events as required with our industry partners;to develop and establish relationships within our client’s community· Join your salescolleaguesteams scrums to share best practices andideas;· Workcollaborativelywithmarketingfor anygeneratedinbound leads and manage opportunities toclose;· Maintaining and delivering on all Sales KPI’s outlined for therole;· Create and conductclientpresentations,develop tailored proposals and negotiates all commercialterms;· Follows through on post sale work flows with onboarding managers, client success managers and accountmangers;· Constantly stays updated and well versed inCision’sevolving product, technology developments and proactively monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance overall service delivery and client experience.· Liaises with industry associations and actively networks for new business opportunities· Manage day-to-day sales development operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in finance or investor relations is an asset
  • Minimum of 2 - 4years experiencewithprovenNBDquota achievement
  • Working knowledge and success attaining sales targets and building the sales pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software coupled with reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, persuade and influence clients, leaders and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive expertise and exposure to social media and digital marketing initiatives is an asset.
  • Stays abreast of the latest sales methodologies, tools, best practices and processes in the industry / marketplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, communications, marketing or a related field is required.
