The candidate must be a confident self-starter who is comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across teams, has a high level of initiative, possesses a strong attention to detail, and is professional with a great deal of accountability.Core Responsibilities:- Serve as a finance business partner in the insights services line of business. Partnering with leaders across various functions and regions, including leaders sales ops, IT, controllership and finance leaders in various locations (EMEA, APAC and Americas)
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and automation tools to gather financial information from a variety of business units to create business insights and commercial recommendations
- Create brand new reporting models from scratch to help improve the analysis and monitoring of business segments and overall Pamp;L (including cost structure)
- Champion existing models and continually make process improvements to enable business efficiencies
- Provide revenue forecasts to insight services business leaders and global executive team
- Develop analytical tools to capture and articulate customer sales and gross margin per project.
- Develop, communicate, and support ad-hoc analyses and recurring reporting to senior leaders
Desired Background / Experience:- Prior experience working in FPamp;A, corporate finance, project controllers, consulting, or a finance leadership development program
- Highly efficient with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e.Vlookups, Pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, able to problem solve using existing tools, and produce reports with minimal errors in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing a diverse suite of financial and CRM systems, (Power BI, Netsuite, VBA,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate data into business insights, articulate findings, ideas, and requirements across functions and regions
- Humble and hungry self-starter with a strong desire to learn, drive improvements, and evolve
- Highly motivated with both an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong team mentality
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among cross-functional groups and throughout various levels of management
- Seeking 3-5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FPamp;A, market analysis, or data-driven roles with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
