About the role:
Yieldstreet is looking to hire its first Manager for a newly forming High Net Worth (HNW) Investor Success (IS) team. The IS Manager is responsible for building and managing a team focused on supporting high net worth individuals and corporate executives interested in investment opportunities offered on Yieldstreet. The team will manage relationships with existing key clients and engage potential new members. The position is ideal for candidates who are seeking to leverage their proven financial services industry expertise with a specific focus on Wealth Management, alternate investments and specialty finance and build a high performance client focused team to support the role.What you'll do:
  • Establish the playbook, process and workflows for the newly formed Investor Services team to engage with high networth individuals
  • Build the right team over the next 12 months to drive positive NPS and deliver positive client outcomes
  • Manage and motivate a team to key performance indicators
  • Generate high networth leads for Yieldstreet's investment platform
  • Deliver investor education to maximize investor understanding of Yieldstreet’s investment thesis and specifics on individual funds and investments
  • Develop high value relationships with investor-first oriented education, and amazing client service.
  • Support onboarding and account configuration for select clients
  • Product Knowledge: Candidates must have good general knowledge of the relevant financial instruments and must be able to quickly learn the details of our core investment offerings.
What you'll need:
  • 3-6 years of Private Wealth Management, Investor Relations or HNW sales experience
  • Ability to build, manage and motivate a small team focused on great client outcomes and white glove service
  • Motivated, self-starter with aptitude for hard work
  • Sales and polished presentation skills
  • Experience meeting and exceeding metric driven KPI's
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic high growth environment
  • Ability to navigate cross functionality and and collaborate towards great client outcomes
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to interact with and grow a highly successful client base via phone, email and in person as needed
  • Strong product experience and a knowledge/understanding of the competitive landscape in wealth management and the alternative investment space a big plus
  • Previous experience or knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce to log and track client interactions and pipeline
