About the RoleThis role is responsible for helping to drive excellence in execution and strategy for how we use paid media channels to drive new investor acquisition to the Yieldstreet platform. You will help manage and innovate on marketing channels like paid social, search, display, affiliate, and podcast advertising. You are comfortable combining a data-driven mindset with creative ideation to improve our advertising campaigns. You are self-motivated, organized, data driven, like to push creative boundaries, and curious in expanding your skillset and enjoy managing many projects at the same time that ladder up to vital business goals.What you'll do:
- Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms
- Ongoing, real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
- Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more.
- Work alongside a dedicated internal performance marketing team at Yieldstreet.
- Analyze creative to determine insights on improving future creative iterations.
- Monitor our spend pacing to ensure our campaigns stay within budgets.
- Become the point person on various media partnerships, coordinating timelines for acquiring assets for upcoming campaigns and building relationships across the industry.
What you’ll need:
- Advanced skills in Excel and overall analytical acumen
- Track record of balancing multiple projects and showing strong organizational ability
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
