The Early Career Recruiter, working in conjunction with various business clients, education partners, ERG’s and HR stakeholders you will be responsible for building and carrying out the programs that will drive the attraction and development of our early career hires. In this role, you will be responsible for: · Partner with internal stakeholders to define and plan for a meaningful intern to early career hiring strategy· Develop and nurture relationships with key universities who will best help up meet technical hiring and diversity objectives.· Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Carbon· Manage a best-in-class intern program that supports our early career hiring objectives and provides a meaningful learning experience for our intern class.· Diversity, Equity, Including and Belonging efforts are not limited to just hiring, but the Talent Acquisition Team plays a significant role in making sure we are building the most diverse and qualified team at Carbon, as such, this person will be developing programs that ensure we are being intentional about our commitment to diversity throughout the hiring process across the company. · Employment Branding: Carbon is an amazing place to work and we want to be sure people know all about us. In this role, you will be developing and executing on a plan to differentiate Carbon as an employer of choice, particularly amongst early career talent.· Assessment of recruiting tools investments. Using data, analytics and comparative data, make assessments and recommendations as to which tools or organizations we should be investing in and partnering with to support the program objectives. · We want every person who takes the time to explore opportunities at Carbon to walk away with a positive experience, no matter the outcome. The person in this role will look at the hiring process from end to end to ensure everyone we meet feels valued and respected. · Monitor, track and communicate recruiting activity both in our ATS Lever, as well as with hiring teams.· Maintain a connected relationship with new hires through offer acceptance and onboarding to ensure onboarding is a pleasant experience.Qualifications
  • · 3+ years working as a talent acquisition focused on intern, new college graduate or early career focused recruiting. Having cross functional experience in these areas is highly desirable. You do not have to have experience in all above listed areas of TA. Strong program management skills and passion for the work are more important.
  • · Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired outcomes. While you are the person responsible for our Talent Acquisition programs, you will work heavily with others to execute on plans. To be successful you will need to have the ability to work at strategic and operational levels with influence to cultivate strong partnerships.
  • · Understanding of the unique challenges (and opportunities) or working in a start up environment. If you crave highly defined processes and structures, be prepared to be a part of the team that creates them. We like good processes too, but we are a work in progress.
  • · Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition around compensation packages. Must be tuned into market factors and the various compensation structures offered, how they compare to Carbon and how we can help candidates understand to make the right decision.
  • · Commitment to managing the recruitment process through onboarding. Your job does not stop after yes.
  • · Strong communication skills so that you can keep all stakeholders informed about recruiting status and market factors.
  • · Demonstrated understanding of business operations, talent needs, and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills and overall fit to identify
