As a TechOpsEngineer, you will be part of a team that is primarily responsible for a wide variety of common IT duties at our company. This role will be reporting to our lead of Technical Operations.Responsibilities
- Installation, setup, and maintenance of on-site IT services (network, desktop and server infrastructure, telephony, AV equipment)
- Document and resolve incidents and requests in the ticket system
- Participate in the IT onboarding process
- Diagnose and handle hardware and software failures
- Participate in company-wide IT projects
- Manage accounts, permissions, and license assignments
- Maintain asset inventory
- Continuously improve the IT processes to increase efficiency
Desired Skills
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Effective communication skills
- Foster a positive customer support experience
- Comfortable working with both Dell and Mac laptops
- Ability to work and team effectively with clients, management, and staff members in a multi-tiered, dynamic environment
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies
